the stott pilates® intensive reformer course is perfect for movement lovers who want to take their pilates teaching to the next level. this program covers both the essential and intermediate reformer repertoires, giving you the tools to guide clients safely and effectively in private or group sessions.
you’ll dive into the stott pilates® movement system. a smart, mindful framework that helps you create personalised programs for every client. built on stott pilates® principles, the course emphasises optimal movement, body awareness, and fascial integration to improve performance, balance, and overall wellbeing.
every exercise and modification is explored in detail, so you’ll master programming, cueing, and client correction. by the end, you’ll leave confident, skilled, and ready to deliver high-quality reformer sessions tailored to each client’s needs.
in order to participate, you need to have:
completed a minimum of 40 reformer pilates classes
fluency in the german language
working knowledge of functional anatomy (otherwise, an extra course will be required)
recommended, but not mandatory: 2+ years of teaching mat pilates, fitness, and/or dance
