in a time when the word pilates is used more loosely than ever and new “teacher trainings” appear everywhere, our intention has always been different. we believe that meaningful education comes from depth, clarity and standards - not volume.

who is it for?

the stott pilates® intensive reformer course is perfect for fitness pros and movement lovers who want to take their pilates teaching to the next level. this program covers both the essential and intermediate reformer repertoires, giving you the tools to guide clients safely and effectively in private or group sessions.

you’ll dive into the stott pilates® movement system — a smart, mindful framework that helps you create personalized programs for every client. built on stott pilates® principles, the course emphasizes optimal movement, body awareness, and fascial integration to improve performance, balance, and overall wellbeing.

every exercise and modification is explored in detail, so you’ll master programming, cueing, and client correction. by the end, you’ll leave confident, skilled, and ready to deliver high-quality reformer sessions tailored to each client’s needs.

in order to participate, you need to have:

  • completed a minimum of 40 reformer pilates classes

  • fluency in the german language

  • working knowledge of functional anatomy (otherwise, an extra course will be required)

  • recommended: e+ years teaching movement, fitness, and/or dance

price: 2.200€ + 150€ learning material
exam fee: 250€ (written and practical component)

instruction and supervised teaching:

  • thursday, march 19th: 11am - 4.30pm

  • friday, march 20th: 11am - 4.30pm

  • saturday, march 21st: 2pm - 7.30pm

  • sunday, march 22nd: 2pm - 7.30pm

  • monday, march 23rd: 11am - 4.30pm

  • tuesday, march 24th: break

  • wednesday, march 25th: 11am - 4.30pm

  • thursday, march 26th: 11am - 4.30pm

  • friday, march 27th: 11am - 4.30pm

  • saturday, march 28th: 2pm - 7.30pm

  • sunday, march 29th: 2pm - 7.30pm

after this, you need to fulfill the following:

  • 10 observation hours

  • 40 physical review hours

  • 25 practice teaching hours

total training time of 125h
